Ibrahim YEKU
Mr. Yeku a co-founder of the Firm.
He is a seasoned compliance and transaction lawyer with over a decade experience in compliance advisory, transaction support and dispute settlement across different sectors in Nigeria. Mr. Yeku has represented both local and transnational companies in the development and implementation of corporate compliance programmes in the Oil & Gas Industrial, Solid Minerals, Fintech, Telecommunications, Maritime and Aviation industry. He has undertaken various international due diligence investigations for transnational companies looking to invest or do business in Nigeria and has established due diligence procedures for local companies in Nigeria and other West Africa countries. Mr. Yeku provides end to end business advisory services to start-ups and assist in the maturation of innovations and ideas. Mr. Yeku has reliable competence in intellectual rights matters and has defended transnational companies in trademark claims in Nigeria.
Currently, Mr. Yeku is on extended leave of absence from the Firm to Amaiden Energy Nig. Ltd where he works as Legal Counsel on secondment to TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited.

Agbonifo Efosa
Mr. Agbonifo has over 14 years experience in legal practice. He holds LLB from the University of Benin, BL from the Nigeria Law School. His practice focuses on corporate commercial practices, intellectual properties, real estate, regulatory compliance and due diligence advisory, ICT Law and stakeholder management & negotiation.
Mr. Agbonifo is Due Diligence Certified (DDC). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Due Diligence Organisation, USA.

Barrister Chris Okwanya
Barrister Chris Okwanya is a seasoned litigator and arbitration specialist. He has over 15 years of legal practice representing clients across all sectors of the Nigerian economy. He holds LLB from the University of Jos and LLM from Rivers State University.
His other areas of specialization include Maritime law, intellectual law practice, corporate compliance filings and start-up advisory.

Bernice Adeoti
Bernice holds LLB, BL from Osun State University and the Nigeria Law School respectively. She has experience advising companies on regulatory compliance obligations, corporate restructuring, processing of approvals and licensing, drafting and reviewing complex commercial contracts in real estate transaction, ICT, Intellectual property – trademarks, copy right ecommerce and fintech.Â
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Due Diligence Organisation (United State of America).
